" Both of my parents suffer from hypertension. My father died when he was 59 because of a cardiac issue. I am 51, medicated and under surveilalance. Since 12 years I am working on my fitness and doing endurance running. Last week I did the (Amster)dam-run of only 6.5 km. During and after the run I felt breathless. This week I had my blood pressure measured, it was too high.  Now I am afraid to do sports at all. Will discuss with my physician about home blood pressure meter. LUNA would definitely take away my worries.  "
